Rules for yearly dues:

We collect membership dues once per calendar year.  If you pay your dues at the beginning of the year, you only pay the one time and you may attend and receive credit for all local evening events.  If we have a "big" event, usually held on a weekend, there will be an additional charge for admission to that event.  That event is also open to those that wish to attend only that event. Your dues are only good for the calendar year in which you pay them.  If you pay to attend the last meeting of the year, your dues are only good for that meeting and you will become due for renewal in Jan of the following year.
